Pricing
Prices on our online store are current. If we have not provided you with a specific price or quotation, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time your order is shipped. Occasionally, external factors may lead to changes in the price of a purchased product. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm your acceptance of the revised price.
All prices are exclusive of taxes, fees, and charges imposed by governmental authorities, including but not limited to sales tax, use tax, excise tax, duties, and customs fees. If we pay any of these charges on your behalf, you will be responsible for reimbursing us. If you qualify for a tax exemption, please provide a valid exemption certificate or other acceptable documentation at the time you place your order. Without timely receipt of this documentation, we cannot apply the exemption.
Prices may not include additional costs related to special handling requirements, such as hazardous material packaging, transportation surcharges, or cold shipping materials (e.g., ice packs). These charges will be added to your invoice. Because handling hazardous materials often incurs substantial costs, we recommend factoring these potential fees into your purchasing decision. We will make every effort to minimize these charges whenever possible.

Payment
PY Materials requires payment for the purchase price at the time of order placement for all online purchases made through our website.
Payment Method
PY Materials accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Wire/ACH.
Shipment
PY Materials ships most orders via UPS/FedEx Ground unless you specify an alternative shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day or the following business day, provided payment is received by 3:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
For bulk orders, we will provide an LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight quote prior to shipment. Any additional charges incurred from LTL redelivery attempts will be the responsibility of the customer.
Hazardous Materials
Some chemicals may be highly toxic or otherwise hazardous and should only be handled by individuals who are properly trained and knowledgeable about their risks. If a product is classified as hazardous, this will be clearly indicated in both the product description and on its label. All hazardous material shipments are packaged, labeled, and marked in full compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations (49 CFR). Our employees are trained, tested, and certified in accordance with 49 CFR 172.704 for the handling and shipment of hazardous materials. Additionally, all hazardous materials are shipped using United Nations Performance Oriented Packaging (UN POP) to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Due to the sensitive nature of certain products, we may request additional documentation—such as a business license, utility bill, voter ID, driver’s license, or other forms of identification—before releasing your order for shipment. If additional information is required, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit the necessary documents. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
